15.07.2021: IRON MAIDEN - Geheimnis gelüftet: Es ist ein spektakulär animierter Videoclip!
Der brandneue Song heißt "The Writing On The Wall" u. wie schon erwähnt wurde gleich noch ein Videoclip dazu fabriziert.
Der Track wurde von Adrian Smith & Bruce Dickinson komponiert, die Lyrics stammen vom Frontmann.
Kevin Shirley fungierte als Produzent, Bassist Steve Harris hat koproduziert.
Für den Videoclip arbeitete die Band mit den ehemaligen Pixar-Mitarbeitern Mark Andrews und Andrew Gordon sowie dem Londoner Animationsstudio BlinkInk zusammen.
Der Song markiert das erste neue IRON MAIDEN-Material seit dem 'The Book Of Souls'-Longplayer aus dem Jahr 2015.

Dickinson kommentierte Song & Video so:
"I had a pretty clear idea of the concept to accompany the song and when I met Mark and Andrew, on Zoom, it quickly became clear we were all very much on the same wavelength, and this was reinforced with the addition of Nicos and his young BlinkInk team. Our weekly team Zoom meetings were then usually both highly creative and a lot of fun!
