Angels & Demons
A delightful duet between Michael and the beautiful Pamela Moore (a.k.a. Sister Mary from Operation Mindcrime). Basically, we all have our demons that visit us typically in the "wee hours of the morning". Things we've done in the past haunt us, and we have all have an understanding of what's right and what's wrong. Michael plays the role of the demon and Pamela plays the angel. Great interplay between Thorsten and Ferdy on this one. Dan Brown should have this on his new movie soundtrack. Dan call me ;-)
Just Like Judas
Ever being betrayed by someone who never saw the bigger picture and took the quick buck ? Love the groove and the hook line of the chorus on this. This punk's got ATTITUDE!
Sail On
As AOR as Eden's Curse gets. Initially I thought this track was too light for the band, but Michael fought me hard on this and won (he always does). A wonderful vocal performance and a solo to die for. The message is, no matter how hard life gets, rise above it, stand tall and stay strong, no matter who you are, always be yourself. Sail away from the troubles if it all gets to much.
Lost In Wonderland
A Pink Cream 69 vibe to this one! Lyrics were penned by Mr Newdeck and it's about someone who is opinionated and heartless and can see and do no wrong in their own eyes. They think they are perfect. Lost in wonderland without a damn clue!
West Wind Blows
About a friend of mine's who's partner disappeared walking up in the highlands of Scotland two years ago and has never been found to this day. The song is written from her perspective.
Signs Of Your Life
Sometimes we can get so caught up with chasing our dreams and goals that we often miss or maybe take for granted the simple things in our life. Those simple things are usually the most important to us, like our family and health and are the signs of our lives. Love the riff on this one and Tony Harnell sings some great backup!
Man Against The World
Melting glaciers, holes in the sky ... our world is on its knees and asking for our help. No, we can't suddenly build a big plug, but we can all do a little bit to help. Unbelievable piano/keys from Ferdy and Mike sings like a dream. Tony Harnell stars too.

The raven is the darker more sinister side of the personality that lives inside of us. Who is he after ? Oh the sewer rat that leaked our debut album on the torrents of course. Here mousey mousey!!! Don't Bring Me Down part two with Thorsten shredding where no Thorsten has shredded before!
Lost Soul
Another from the mighty quill of Sir Pete Newdeck. This one is about someone with no idea how he presents himself to others. No sense of responsibility, even though there are people who surely look up to them. A six and a half minute sonic epic that has Queensryche meets PC69 overtone!! The Curse Choir appears in stadium size portions on this one!
Games People Play
A ball buster if I ever I heard one. This has a BIG Euro sound to it. Lyrically its about the ethics of people today, whether it be in business or life. Sometimes if ya can't beat them join them!
Ride The Storm
A really cool chorus hook on this and a fine way to round out the album! Another idea that came from Pete. Its about telling someone who is losing their way ... not to GIVE UP!
